The ULTIMATE Guide Of Principles To Live By

Build a vibrant, healthy, and spiritual life with these principles.

1. Health is our greatest wealth

What are you living for, if not to follow your dreams, to be the man or woman you want to be, to be proud of your ideas? If you don't believe that you can heal your body, your mind, your life, then what are you living for? You have got to fight your way back into the light. Release your fears and start living. You have to believe that you are in control. You matter! And you will find that life is worth living.

2. Our philosophy is all about nature because it's the way to live a spiritual life

People block their intuitions, their truth, the natural energy flowing. They get in the way. They get in their own way. Otherwise life flows naturally and healing occurs naturally on every level because the capacity for self-correction is built into the Universe. We want you to know that true healing starts within, that the power of nature is the answer to our “incurable” chronic diseases. It doesn't matter what religion or walk of life you are from. Spirituality is a universal path to love and inner peace. It's an unlearning process, the unlearning of the ego's false belief system, of the negativity, of the lack, the comparing, the separation. We want to release those fear based beliefs and the blocks to the presence of love so we can reconnect to our inspiration that is our inner guidance or spiritual guidance.

3. We promote individual liberty and self-love

We are here to express our true “self“, our authenticity, our greatness. Western institutions, politics, organized religions influenced people with concepts as humilitysufferingsacrificeequality seeking to make us all equal by making us all “slaves“. So, people are now convinced that if they seek self-love and go in the direction of pleasure, they will be bad, selfish and a menace to society. The truth is that what we choose to do with our power is what is bad or good. Not power itself. Our playing small doesn't serve the world. We want to blaze our own path to give others permission and inspiration to do the same. Self-love and self-confidence are the roots from where everything grows. We want to fill our own cup with love and let it spill over to others.

4. We are all interdependent; we believe in the concept of Oneness

People always seek independence; this is only beneficial to move from a feeling of powerlessness to a feeling of empowerment. But soon it becomes detrimental because our true nature is to be interdependent. To be truly dependent is to be truly trusting, it is to becomeOne. We cannot exist as individuals; we live in a house that someone else built, we walk on streets that someone else built, we eat food that someone else gathers. We either thrive asOne or we suffer as individuals. Every time we attack someone, we are deepening our own wounds. Our job is not to attack others, but rather to stimulate the natural forces of healing.

5. We want to heal emotional wounds and unleash the inner artist

We want to heal our minds from worries, anxiety and fear. We are aware that self-doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will. We can afford to wait without anxiety because we are certain of the outcome and we know that the Universe has our back. We want to boost our self-confidence, improve relationships and find within us an innocence that is the truth of who we are. Because when we practice seeing the world through the eyes of an artist, the entire world transforms itself into a work of art.

6. Nutrition is our medicine

The food we eat can slowly kill us or can slowly heal us. And we get to choose. What we put in our body really matters. We are deficient in vitamins and minerals, not in prescription drugs. And when the body has all it needs then self-repair can take place. It's all about creating a new lifestyle that supports vitality.

7. Physical exercise is the way we keep fit

We understand that physical exercise is a great way to be fit: it lowers the weight, strengthens muscles and bones, regulate the glucose metabolism, releases endorphin that make you feel happy and helps regulate sleep. We can run, jog, walk or just stay in movement conducting an active lifestyle.

8. We understand that wealth is a state of mind

Wealth is a state of mind and we can reach it by following our passion and being creative. Money is just a tool. And it's essential to reach our vision of a better future. Money is a means that allows us to reach our end goals. The failure to understand that, and the love of money, is what's really evil. Not the money itself. We understand that when you want more of something you have to give more of that something. If you want power you empower, if you want abundance you give abundantly, if you want love you give love. You have to give away what you want to receive back.

9. We acknowledge that nothing can be imposed on anyone – not even help.

We respect and don't judge other opinions; we want to love in such a way that loved people feel free. We understand that nothing can be imposed – not even help. We can only help people that are willing to be changed. All we can do is find our own bliss giving others inspiration and permission to do the same.

10. Join the movement and make a difference

We want to make a difference. If you want to reduce suffering in the world you have to start by enabling yourself to be happy. It takes only one person to start changing the world: it's yourself. A new beginning starts within you. And then you can change the world transforming one person at a time. If you like our philosophy join our movement, share, spread the word. Follow the website fabriziofusco.com. We want to heal this wounded world. If we can encourage more people to join us that would be a movement. And if the movement is strong enough then it becomes a revolution. Living by these principles we want to start a revolution… A non-violent revolution conducted in our hearts and minds.
